Chef De Partie

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • - Able to do menu planning at least 1 month ahead
  • - Work with team to serve fresh, interesting and nutritious meals at all time.
  • - Prepare seasonal menu, ensuring full adherence to recipes, food presentation standards and portion control
  • - Work to deadline to ensure meal serves promptly
  • - Assist food preparation for special events which maybe outside normal hours
  • - Assist administrative tasks associated with ordering food and sundries, including checking delivery notes and invoice
  • - Leads kitchen team in areas of development, discipline and attitude
  • - Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standard
  • - Accuracy of meals are prepared according to order

Requirements:

  • - Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position at least
  • - Strong leadership skills, capable of developing &managing junior team
  • - Managing, organizing food & beverages with specialty of Indonesian, Chinese and Italian food
  • - Able to work in shift and odd hours
  • - Demonstrate can-do attitude
  • - Knowledge of menu development.
  • - Able to plan and promote menus for different client
